Shower solutions? - ceiling mounted shower head
I moved into a cottage in 1920 with a small bathroom, no shower, only bath. I think it would set a ceiling surround shower curtain, but is there a way to open the faucet bathroom shower head with a kind of embargo? This is a base 70, with knobs faucet hot / cold seal in one piece. Ideas?

It can be the key behind the valves hot in the middle, above, a plug, and remove the foot pipe with a hose or can.
To be said for many unknown details, much more
Locate the connector and from there
If no plug you need to replace the valve.
