The staircase is very physically demanding, and how they are configured, painful hips, buttocks and quadriceps to leave.

My belief is: "No pain, no gain" is true in the Department of effort, and do not abuse it your muscles and joints.

Pain is a warning from your body and you have to listen. The most important is that the muscles are repaired and improved during the rest periods.

As my coach told me it was when it comes to running their worst run stairs CUS What effects come hurt me SO So it's not making my article is as fast as C and run upstairs.

I would get checked, because I hip pain for several years with the right mouse button in the muscle on the side. "The bear it any longer and finally went to the doctors.
