Rent To Own Homes Mn How Much I Need To Earn To Be Able To Rent?

How much i need to earn to be able to rent? - rent to own homes mn

Hello,

Can I rent a studio 200 per week 300 euros per week, if I win? My girlfriend did not work, but they have enough money to pay the rent by 50% for the whole year and their parents, until the last tour at all?

NOPE
General rule: No more than 1 / 4 of their income for housing, not more than 1 / 3 of all utilities
A study is too narrow for two people

Owners do not agree with this low-income

Depends on who you rent through it. If you have an apartment of an individual, you may be able to rent somewhere if your friend paid for in advance - in theory, a contract for six months with his girlfriend could pay the full rent for six months in advance. Then you can pay each month for its 50%.

A real estate agent is usually required to verify the employment contracts and that you will earn enough. But speaking of new and worthwhile for them, which can be up to the owner's consent to give. If you can give the full rent for six months, and many owners would be happy with it.

Would you like a total income of € 500 a week to pass a background check for a flat £ 200 pw.

However, if your GF parents sign a legal guarantee for the owner, then it would be more of a chance.

Information that they have given - you could rent probably the house like - but soon no more money!
